Terms of Service

By engaging Castillano Productions, clients agree to a clear and straightforward contract. All website design projects begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand the client's specific business needs and design requirements.

Payment for services is structured in two phases. An initial 50% deposit is required before project commencement, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final website delivery. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card.

Website ownership transfers to the client upon full payment. Castillano Productions retains the right to display the completed project in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes. Clients grant a limited license for this portfolio showcase.

Project timelines are estimated during initial consultation but may vary based on project complexity and client feedback cycles. Standard website design projects typically require 3-4 weeks from initial design to final delivery.

In the event of project cancellation, deposit funds are non-refundable to compensate for initial design work and consultation time. Clients may request design files at a pro-rated rate if the project is terminated before completion.
